Karen Adcock Doyle and Lizzie Graham are running a series of workshops in the North of England: an introduction to somatic movement and wellbeing with a particular emphasis on different systems in the body. The introductory session is followed by a series of stand alone workshops.

what is somatics?
Somatics refers to our psychological awareness of our bodies, the extent to which we are “tuned in” to the sensations of smell, sound, sight, taste, and touch; the feelings of relaxation or tension in our muscles; the workings of our inner organs; feelings of pain; and all of our emotions.
